Pamalakaya hits DND sec on “rebel” export issue

Militant fishers’ group, Pambansang Lakas ng Kilusang Mamamalakaya ng Pilipinas (Pamalakaya) hits Defense Secretary Norberto Gonzales accusations that they were exporting communist guerillas to India and Thailand, using the International League of People’s Struggles (ILPS), to train communist rebels there. The group also plans to sue the defense and the NICA chief.
